Pumpkin Bread Pudding Recipe

This Pumpkin Bread Pudding recipe at Bread-maker.net is a tasty holiday treat for the Thanksgiving, or any time of the year you want to enjoy pumpkin bread. Using pumpkin bread as bread for bread pudding results in some of the most delicious bread puddings you’ll ever eat!

Ingredients

2 1/4 cups low-fat milk
1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp ginger
1/4 tsp ground cloves
1 16-ounce can mashed, cooked pumpkin
1 egg, lightly beaten
1 egg white, lightly beaten
6 1-ounce stale croissants, sliced into 1/2-inch cubes
Vegetable cooking spray

Directions

Mix the milk, brown sugar, cinnamon, ginger, cloves, pumpkin, and eggs in a large bowl Stir the mixture well with a wire whisk
Add the bread and stir well again
Spray a baking pan with vegetable oil and pour the mixture into the pan
Bake at 350 degrees F for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until set,
Serve warm
