Breadmachine Irish Soda Bread Recipe
The following bread machine Irish Soda Bread
recipe is not traditional in that it includes
yeast and certain ingredients like raisins and
sugar not found in traditional Soda Bread recipes
from Ireland, but that doesn’t make it any less
tasty. Make sure to carefully follow the instructions
when you make this Soda Bread. Be sure to check

Ingredients
2/3 c Water
1 1/4 tb Butter or margarine
1 1/3 tb Sugar
2/3 ts Salt
1/3 ts Baking soda
1 1/3 ts Caraway seeds
2 c Bread flour
2 tb Buttermilk powder
1 1/2 ts Yeast
1/3 c Raisins
Directions
Mix all the ingredients except the raisins
in your bread-maker
Press Start
Add the raisins in after first kneading
Enjoy while hot
